What if I don't have weights or other equipment?

Each exercise on our Exercises page lists alternatives for each exercise based on your limitations.

How long are the workouts?

Each workout is designed to be about one hour long.

What if I don't have the time to finish the entire workout?

If you know you’re going to be short on time, speed through the warm up.

If you run out of time, finish the remaining exercises later in the day.

How can I ensure I have good form on each exercise?

This requires coaching. Find a knowledgeable local coach or set up a video coaching call with me.

What should I do if I have pain when I do an exercise?

I cannot give you medical advice. Talk to your doctor about it first. If the problem is with exercise technique, find a knowledgeable local coach or set up a video coaching call with me.

What warm up should I do?

All of the warm ups listed are designed to target the whole body. Feel free to pick whichever you like!
