This program is a 30-day challenge. You will repeat a few workouts and track your progress over the 30 days. I think you'll be very happy with where you end up.

Included is a short video for each day of programming. You'll watch that for a minute or two right before your workout.

I've written this program so that total newbies can be as successful as possible. And I talk about how to modify the programming if it feels too difficult or too easy for you.

I've designed it so that you do not need any equipment.
